Ludwig 1979 Supersensitive Black Beauty 5x14 This is about as clean a drum you will find this late 70's and relatively rare due to the limited time these were available. Drum features all original hardware, chrome and plating is exceptional. Damper and snare guards are still in stalled on drum. Heads and wires have been changed. It is unlikely you will find a drum in nicer condition than this one.

LUDWIG NICKEL OVER BRASS STANDARD REISSUE 2010 (LB454AKS) 14 x 5, 10 tube lugs, P-86 Millennium Strainer Very hard to find Adrian Kirchler 1930 Ludwig standard re-issue. This was originally outfitted with chrome triple flange hoops but has been changed to somewhat more authentic modern single flange hoops and clips. This drum is new old stock never sold but displayed, Inside of the shell has developed a patina. These drums were introduced in 2010 I am not aware of the numbers that were produced.   See some info on Adrian Kirchlers website As the first snare from the modern era to utilize our original 2-pc. shell design, the 1930 "Standard" Model Reissue, Nickel-Over-Brass Snare Drum is a true work of art. This limited, 60-pc. collaboration between Ludwig and Italian goldsmith Adrian Kirchler, The "Standard" incorporates two thin brass sheets that are joined together at the bead and formed into a strong shell. Using the same level of craftsmanship Adrian used on Ludwig's 100th Anniversary Gold Triumphal snares, each 2-pc. Brass shell on the "Standard" Reissue is hand-rolled in the Italian Alps using the traditional double-crimped bearing edge on the top and bottom. Following Nickel-plating for a superior finish, two panels are hand-engraved using the Ludwig Triumphal "Flower" pattern, and fitted in the USA with chrome flanged hoops and tube lugs.

Yamaha RARE 15" JR Robinson Snare (BSD1550JR)  This is a very Rare signature model from Yamaha. Drum features as super thin shell with re-rings and wooden hoops. Drum has an incredibly fay warm sound. 10 lugs black chrome. White Pearl finish.

Meticulously hand hammered using a larger diameter hammer at the edges of the drum and a smaller diameter hammer at the center, the drum takes on a barrel-like shape. The result is an exquisitely balanced and resonant tone that machine hammering cannot replicate. In addition, the Customized Flanged Hoops feature a slightly shaved down edge, producing a sharp and bright attack. When the remarkable hand hammered shell and Customized Flanged Hoops are combined, a rich and vibrant tone with unmistakably clear attack is realized.  

Star Star Reserve Hammered Copper Snare 14 X 6.5 The STAR Drums series' first metal snare features a hand hammered copper shell. In addition to a mid-low end with tons of volume, the hand hammered shell creates a deeply harmonic overtone. A slightly smaller diameter hammer is used on the edge of the shell compared with the hammer that is used on the center, causing the shell to take a barrel shape. This unique shape provides a fat sound and rich resonance. To complement the shell, we used our original 2.3mm brass "Customized Flanged Hoop". The edge of this hoop is slightly shaved down compared to our standard flanged hoop, producing a sharper and brighter attack. The combination of these two different characteristics – warm, rich resonance with sharp, bright attack - offers a totally new and original sound, unlike any other metal snares.
