Shipping

We offer free shipping on our website over $199. Free shipping applies to Canadian sales only, we reserve the right to cancel the free shipping on orders that are too costly or challenging to send - this would be in extreme situations. Larger items may require a shipping quote if free shipping does not apply. Free shipping is calculated automatically.

We also offer ”Pay online pick up instore” for your convenience. This is for local customers who do have the ability to come to our shop for pick up. If you select this option and require shipping we will send an invoice for the actual shipping costs before sending the order.

We can ship internationally, please inquire about our competitive rates.

If an item is unexpectedly damaged during transit you will need to send photos of packaging and the damage and keep the packaging for inspection by the shipping company. We fully insure our parcels and pack to ensure a safe trip but accidents happen and we try to expedite the process as quickly and painlessly as possible. Damaged shipments may require inspection to asses the damage. If you are not available for this then the insurance claim cannot be processed.

Shipping outside of Canada can incur some import duties/taxes or courier fees depending on the item and shipping method. Please ask in advance if this is a concern.

We ship to the USA from Canada usually, Anything up to approximately $800USD does not incur any additional brokerage fees. Currently trade deals allow drums and percussion to cross the boarders duty free (Harmonized Category 9206.xx).

We cannot ship exotic woods like some mahogany, bubinga and rosewoods outside of Canada.
