We still operate with limited capacity to shop in-store. Our doors are open Monday-Friday 10-6, Saturdays 10-5 and until the end of the year Sundays 12-5.
We try to limit customers in the shop so we can maintain social distancing. Unfortunately we cannot encourage any prolonged browsing or testing of equipment in order to keep things safe and minimize yours and our potential exposure to Covid.
We recently expanded our shop into the adjoining unit, essentially doubling our floor space. This expansion will allow us to help you see the drums in a more comfortable, spacious environment while maintaining social distancing, all at the same time. Win win!
We could not have done this without your incredible support and for that we are grateful!

We are still operating as we have been over the summer with regular business hours Mon-Friday 10-6 and Saturdays 10-6.
City of Ottawa By Law requires face masks while in the shop. We have a large space and are limiting the number of customers as we see fit.
We still offer free shipping over $99 and buy on line pick up/curbside pick up and recommend this if you know what you are looking to buy.
We still don't have drum sets, acoustic or electric, set up for demo although we do allow limited testing of drums and open stock cymbals.

We are allowing customers into the shop on a limited basis these days. We are trying to restrict it to two customers or two groups of two. We do not have drum sets on display to try at this time but it is possible to hit individual pieces try cymbals and snares as needed. We still operate our online business with free delivery in Canada for purchases over $99 and free curbside pick up.
We provide hand sanitizer at the door and cash. We are not enforcing masks at this time s we are comfortable that social distancing in our particular store is the safest practice and we can understand you if you have questions. If you want to wear a mask that is absolutely encouraged. We trust you are not entering our shop knowingly being sick or showing symptoms.
Our hours are Monday - Friday 10-6 and Saturdays 10-5 for the foreseeable future.

As of Tuesday May 19th we are officially allowed to open our doors to the public. We have chosen to operate as we have been with “Buy online” or over the phone and pick up in the shop as we slowly adjust to the situation as it changes.
We will allow customers in the shop to purchase items as needed but our door will not be open to the general public until we get a handle on the situation, we may limit the number of customers at any given time.
We want to return to our normal business as soon as possible I hope you understand and appreciate our efforts to keep our customers and ourselves free of this virus.
Payment in advance over the phone, transfer or online is preferred. In store if absolutely necessary, No cash sales for now but we can take tap for small purchases or a credit card if you read the numbers to us from a safe distance. We have hand sanitizer available at the front door.

Our retail hours has been adjusted to 10-5 Monday - Saturdays. These hours are where we will be in and available on the phones and able to provide pre paid curbside pick ups. We still offer free shipping in Canada for any order over $99!
When you pick up an order.
We will maintain safe distance at all times allow us to open the door and wait for us to let you. We will verify you and your order and allow you to pick up from a dedicated spot.
For curbside pick up you can buy online and select local pick up. Please call us to let us know when you will be coming in alternately you may add a note to your order with details. We will email letting you know your item is available and ready.
You may also call your order in and pay with a credit card or e transfer, we are not able to accept cash at this time.
We accept, MC, Visa, Amex, etransfer and paypal.
If you are looking for something on our website but can't find please let us know we may actually have it or are still able to order.

The shop is closed for normal retail operations. We believe operating as a internet web order business is still an option although it is vague. The shipping system is the question right now. If we have deliveries then I can send them out.
We offer buy online and pick up in-store for our local customers. We will hold items purchased for pick up until we are given the all clear for you to leave your house.
Feel free to message us or call, there will be a human in the shop 10-6 most days. We got things to do!

Thanks for the amazing support this past week! I know there is much going on so we may not be #1 on your list of needs but the shop survived last week and hoping to continue this week in much the same way. Grant and I appreciate the opportunity to keep busy!
This week we will be open only for pre-arranged pick ups, at this time we cannot allow in store browsing. Please call or email in advance 613 594-3786 to let us know so we can prepare. If you don't see something online we may have it or can still order from our suppliers for the time being.
If you are looking to sell things we are open to consigning good quality/condition snares and cymbals as these are selling well online. We are also open to buying selective items but generally we are not buying much due to the uncertainty of our operations. Again please reach out in advance before bringing stuff in so we can discuss the minimal contact drop off we will have in place.

The Shop will maintain our current hours for the time being. Traffic is very low so we are able to maintain a clean environment with safe distance. Although our shop is a place you like to hang out and linger we encourage short visits.
We have plenty to do in the shop so we will be here regardless. If you are unsure about a visit call ahead 613-594-3786.
We have plenty of hand soap, paper towels and hand sanitizer in the shop and will maintain cleanliness to the best of our abilities all day long.
We will not have any test sticks out, please ask if you want to try something we will provide a new pair.
We encourage our customers to drop in if they need things but may limit number of customers in the shop as we see fit.

Many of our customers related to this industry such as venues ,restaurants and musicians are not in a very good position due to complete shutdown of their livelihoods. We encourage you to support the less fortunate in anyway you can so we can get through this together.
