Serial number \u003cstrong data-start=\"162\" data-end=\"173\"\u003e1807153 \u003c\/strong\u003e places it approximately \u003cstrong data-start=\"263\" data-end=\"281\"\u003earound 1979\/80\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"284\" data-end=\"744\"\u003eThe seamless beaded aluminum shell retains its original grey\/silver finish and is equipped with eight Ludwig bow-tie lugs, triple-flanged hoops, P-85 strainer, matching butt plate and internal tone control. Particularly noteworthy are the period Ludwig Rockers batter head, Ludwig Weathermaster snare-side head and original Ludwig snare wires with amber plastic ends. The matching patent-numbered wires are often missing or replaced.
